Without a military ID, you won't get a job: how to obtain an electronic military registration document.
Citizens liable for military service without a military registration document will not be able to work, claims lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan. He emphasizes that the electronic military registration document, specifically in the 'Reserve+' application, is mandatory for employment.
During the period of martial law, enterprises obligated to the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) must adhere to special requirements regarding the employment of individuals on military registration. If a citizen liable for military service does not have a paper military registration document, they can create an electronic equivalent through the 'Reserve+' application.
According to Yuriy Aivazyan's statements, the presence of an electronic military registration document is a mandatory condition for employment during martial law.
