Working pensioners to change pension recalculation rules: main conditions.
New pension recalculation rules for working pensioners
According to inkorr.com: The Pension Fund of Ukraine has announced new rules for recalculating pensions for those who continue to work. The main requirement: having at least 24 months of insurance experience after the pension is assigned. During the recalculation, the salary on the basis of which the pension was previously calculated is taken into account.
For pensioners who work but do not have 24 months of experience, recalculation will only be carried out two years after the last recalculation or pension assignment. Every year, starting from April 1, the Pension Fund automatically reviews the pensions for those who have acquired the necessary experience.
It is important to timely inform the Pension Fund about your employment or dismissal. This ensures that pensioners retain all rights and benefits provided to the unemployed.
“Pensioners must be sure to notify about their employment or dismissal”
Thus, the recalculation of pensions due to the increase in the minimum subsistence level will take place only after dismissal from work.
These changes aim to improve the pension provision system and ensure an adequate standard of living for working pensioners. It is important for pensioners to be informed about the new rules to avoid losing the right to recalculation of their pensions due to an increase in experience or other circumstances. The ability to respond promptly to changes in legislation will help avoid misunderstandings and improve the financial situation of those who continue their labor activities.
