The project is being developed by EcoWorld, which plans to build 149 new residential units.
According to the plans, 30 of them will be available for sale at a reduced price to meet the needs of local residents.
EcoWorld Director Robin Goodlet stated:
“Griffin Park holds a special place in the hearts of Brentford fans and the local community. We are proud to be delivering a project that honors this legacy while looking to the future. This is a bold, ambitious plan that will bring much-needed housing, green spaces, and connectivity to the area. Now that planning has been secured, we look forward to working closely with Hounslow Council, local residents, and Bees supporters to realize this vision.”
Griffin Park, famous for its pubs on every corner, was quickly demolished after Brentford left it in 2020.
The new project includes the construction of 41 houses, two six-story apartment buildings, and one four-story building.

Thus, the transformation of the Griffin Park area into new residential units will be an important milestone in the development of local infrastructure. The project will not only improve living conditions but also create new green spaces for the community, which is especially relevant in times of increasing urbanization. The implementation of these plans will bring new colors to the life of a neighborhood that once left only memories of football matches and club parties.
