New Stadium "Hill Dickinson Stadium" for "Everton"

According to The Sun: The football club "Everton" proudly opens the doors to its brand-new stadium "Hill Dickinson Stadium". The construction took three and a half years and required much preparation to finally obtain the impressive arch at Bramley-Moor Dock.

If previous executives of "Everton" had had the opportunity, their plans would have looked different. The club attempted five times to leave "Goodison Park" before receiving approval from the local authorities.

One of the projects envisioned the construction of a new arena worth 150 million pounds in Kirkby, which was to be part of a large shopping center. This idea was supported by the then-CEO of Tesco, Sir Terry Leahy, a passionate fan of "Everton". However, the government rejected this proposal in 2009.

The planned stadium could have accommodated 50,000 fans and would have been surrounded by shops, which looks very different from what the club has successfully realized.

Another project was designed in 2010 by a consortium from Merseyside, which proposed the construction of two united stadiums for "Liverpool" and "Everton". Perhaps fans are now breathing a sigh of relief that these plans were not realized, as the club has invested an impressive 800 MILLION in the new waterfront stadium, which has received numerous positive feedback.

"Goodison" received an emotional farewell at the end of last season, but the new stadium has a much larger capacity – 52,769 seats.

The architects have designed the stands of the "Hill Dickinson" as comfortably as possible so that spectators can enjoy the game from an excellent perspective.

The club has also invited a chef with experience in Michelin-starred establishments to create "Instagram-worthy" menus for the culinary offerings in the stadium.

Fans will have the opportunity to use a modern electronic system to order drinks during halftime, which should increase the speed of service.

Furthermore, the stadium was designed using 100% renewable energy, which should bring "Everton" additional millions of pounds in revenue per season.

After all, "Everton" has always aimed to be not just a sports, but also a social showcase of its city.
