PrivatBank's Auto-Payment Terms and Fees for 2026

According to Novyny.live: PrivatBank has published the terms and fees for auto-payments within its Privat24 app for 2026, outlining how clients can reduce service charges. The bank detailed methods for users to save on commissions by utilizing auto-payments for various financial transactions. Automated payments are a common feature in digital banking, helping users manage recurring bills efficiently.

Auto-Payment Commissions and Available Services

According to PrivatBank's data, the commission for a non-targeted top-up to a 'Payment Card' is 0.5% (with a maximum of 50 UAH). For mobile service payments, the fee structure is:

  • 2.00 UAH for payments in the range of 0.01-100.00 UAH;
  • 4.00 UAH for payments exceeding 100.01 UAH.

Furthermore, a transfer from the credit funds of a 'Universal' card to another 'Universal' or 'Universal Gold' card incurs a 3% fee. It is important to note that the card ordering service will remain free of charge until the end of 2026.

The types of auto-payments available to clients include:

  • utility bill payments;
  • mobile service top-ups;
  • configuring transfers to another card;
  • automatic transfer of salary or pension;
  • sending funds via 'Cash Credit'.

These features allow users to optimize their expenses and make the payment process more convenient and cost-effective.

These adjustments to PrivatBank's auto-payment terms and fees reflect the bank's effort to tailor its services to modern client needs, particularly regarding reducing the cost of financial operations. In an increasingly competitive banking market, such initiatives can help boost customer loyalty and attract new users to the Privat24 platform.
