PrivatBank has joined the disbursement of Basic Social Assistance through the Diya Card

According to inkorr.com: PrivatBank has announced the launch of Basic Social Assistance payments on the Diya Card, as reported by the bank's press service.

Now, recipients of state support have the opportunity to use the new service 'Basic Social Assistance', which combines different types of assistance into a single monthly payment for low-income families. All stages can be completed online in the Diya mobile app: submit documents, set an electronic signature, and choose PrivatBank card to receive funds.

Citizens of Ukraine who already receive certain types of state support are eligible for this service:
  • assistance for families with low income;
  • payments to mothers raising children without a partner;
  • temporary support for children if parents do not pay alimony or are hard to find.

The amount of assistance is determined automatically according to the number of family members and their incomes, to ensure a fair distribution of financial resources. Plans for the future include expanding the program to other categories of families that meet established criteria.

The Diya Card is a universal card that allows users to create separate accounts for different state programs and manage finances within each of them. PrivatBank clients can quickly obtain the Diya Card in electronic form through the Privat24 app.

PrivatBank has simplified the process of receiving social assistance through the Diya Card, making payments even more convenient and accessible for Ukrainians in need of state support.

Implementing the new service through the Diya Card could significantly simplify life for many families receiving social assistance. The convenience of digital technologies allows saving time and resources, which is especially important for low-income groups. The bank plans to continue expanding its services based on the latest technologies, which will facilitate the improvement of the social support process.
