PrivatBank to Waive Monthly Fees for Entrepreneurs in 2026, Based on Spending Threshold.
PrivatBank's New Policy for Entrepreneurs in 2026
According to Novyny.live: PrivatBank has announced a new fee structure for 2026 that will eliminate monthly service charges for its individual entrepreneur clients, provided their business card expenditures exceed 15,000 hryvnias. This change is part of a broader revision of the bank's pricing model set to take effect that year. This move aligns with a trend in Ukraine's banking sector to support small and medium-sized businesses, which are crucial to the national economy.
Beyond waiving the subscription fee for active entrepreneurs, PrivatBank will also remove the commission for depositing cash revenue through self-service terminals. The bank stated this decision aims to support entrepreneurs in their business activities. Additionally, PrivatBank will lower rates for interbank payments and review the cost of foreign currency operations, which should also positively impact clients' financial expenses.
“Business activity itself is the value for which the bank is willing to invest in the client.”
Yevhen Zaigraiev, a representative of PrivatBank
The 2026 tariff changes for active entrepreneurs at PrivatBank are significant and may incentivize business owners to increase their spending and activity. Further details about the new terms for entrepreneurs will be announced closer to the implementation date of the new pricing model.
Impact of the New Policy on Business
This new initiative from PrivatBank could substantially influence the financial activity of individual entrepreneurs across Ukraine. The elimination of certain fees and the reduction of tariffs for various banking services could simplify business operations and encourage entrepreneurs to boost sales volumes. The changes, effective in 2026, may also affect PrivatBank's competitiveness among other financial institutions serving the business sector. Consequently, the new tariff model could prove beneficial not only for clients but also help the bank strengthen its position in the financial services market.
