One of the promises was related to holding negotiations with Ukrainian President Zelensky, but now the Kremlin is inventing reasons to avoid such a meeting. Leonov emphasized that the main priority for Ukraine right now is to stop Russian aggression.In connection with Russia's refusal to negotiate and the overall confirmation of support for Ukraine, important meetings were held and decisions made regarding military support.
