Putin stated that Russia is not responsible for the deaths of people in the war.
According to ТСН: President of Russia Vladimir Putin brazenly denies his involvement in the loss of lives in the war that his country unleashed against Ukraine.
This position was expressed by the dictator during a 'Direct Line', reiterating false claims that Russia is not the initiator of the conflict.
'We do not consider ourselves responsible for the deaths of people, as we did not start this war,' said the President of the Russian Federation.
Putin also accused Ukraine of refusing a peaceful resolution to the war, demanding capitulation based on the ultimatums he posed. He asserts that Moscow allegedly seeks peace but awaits Kyiv's readiness for negotiations on the 'territorial issue' and the elimination of the fictitious 'root causes of the crisis' concocted by the Kremlin.
Putin's words once again demonstrate his unwillingness to acknowledge responsibility for human losses and the continuation of aggression. This indicates the depth of the conflict and continues to fuel tensions between Ukraine and Russia, where the situation remains critical. The potential for negotiations and a peaceful resolution to the crisis remains a key issue.
