The Verkhovna Rada adopted the state budget for 2025. The project was supported by 257 parliamentarians.

According to the plan, the revenues of the general fund will amount to 2.05 trillion UAH, while expenditures will be 3.6 trillion UAH. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal noted that all taxes will be directed towards Ukraine's defense and security.

In 2025, 26.3% of GDP will be allocated for security and defense. Expenditures will increase to 2.23 trillion UAH, which is 47.6 billion UAH more than in 2024. This will improve the country's defense capability. For military salaries, 1.16 trillion UAH is allocated, which is 10 billion UAH more than before.

President Volodymyr Zelensky presented the plan for Ukraine's internal resilience in the Verkhovna Rada. It consists of 10 points and aims to lead the country from war to peace.

Law enforcement stopped the operation of three schemes for evading mobilization and illegal departure abroad for conscription-age men. As a result, 13 organizers and participants of the schemes were seized.

The United Kingdom provided Ukraine with over $9.5 million for the purchase of drones. This funding was allocated from a £3 billion funding pot.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a military target in Russia with U.S.-made Atacms missiles for the first Time. This occurred on the thousandth day since the beginning of the Russian invasion. Ukraine used Atacms after receiving permission from the Biden administration.
