The Parliament adopted a law on reservation: who will get 45 days to correct documents.
According to inkorr.com: The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law that allows critically important enterprises to reserve their employees for 45 days, despite possible errors in their military documents. This decision was supported by 272 deputies.
According to the new law, all employees liable for military service in critically important enterprises, as well as those belonging to the defense industry, will receive reservations. This applies even to employees whose documents are incorrectly issued or who are not registered for military service.
“A very important law that removes many problems with reservation in critically important enterprises,” wrote MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.
Now employees of such enterprises will have 45 days to correct their documents while remaining protected from mobilization.
Amnesty for violators of mobilization legislation
It should be noted that in Ukraine, deferral of mobilization for parents of many children is granted only with supporting documents and is not automatic - it must be arranged at local military enlistment offices.
Currently, the draft law on 'amnesty' for individuals who have violated mobilization legislation is being considered in the Verkhovna Rada. This document will allow the reservation even for those employees of critically important enterprises who are wanted or do not have the appropriate military documents.
Thus, the adopted law provides critically important enterprises with the opportunity to reserve their employees for 45 days, even in the case of improper issuance of military documents. This will help enterprises meet safety requirements and remain protected from mobilization.
