Chelsea isolates Sterling: the player is forced to use a separate dressing room.
The situation with Raheem Sterling and Chelsea's 'scoring squad'
According to The Sun: Raheem Sterling finds himself in a difficult situation, unable to complete a transfer from Chelsea this summer, along with Axel Disasi and David Datro Fofana.
This trio has become the last representatives of Chelsea's 'scoring squad,' from which many players have escaped this summer, including Leslie Ugwuchukwu, Carney Chukwuemeka, Renato Veiga, Armando Broja, Alfie Gilchrist, and Ben Chilwell.
Instagram - @Axel_DisasiDespite high salaries, players unwanted by head coach Enzo Maresca are separated from the main team. They are forced to use separate restrooms and changing rooms, and also eat separately from the other players.
This situation raises questions about the conditions these footballers are in, despite their significant incomes.
According to analysts, the isolation of Sterling and his teammates is a measure usually applied for disciplinary cases.
Sterling, who is 30 years old, has a strong mentality but is unlikely to remain indifferent to the stress of being effectively excluded from the team.
Football ambitions and absence of transfers
Sterling's unfavorable situation, a four-time Premier League champion with 82 caps for the England national team, provokes some sympathy, although his salary of £325,000 a week raises doubts about his difficulties.
In particular, he shows no interest in offers from Saudi Arabia or MLS as he believes he can return to the national team by playing at a high level.
When he moved from Manchester City to Chelsea in 2022, he brought his family with him and preferred other London clubs. However, this summer he made it clear that he did not want to rush into transfers, having already felt pressure from Arsenal last year.
Despite efforts, Chelsea failed to find a solution for his transfer: no specific offers appeared before the window closed, although there were rumors of interest from Fulham and Crystal Palace.

While Chelsea was indeed working on several deals, the issue of Sterling remained less of a priority.
Enzo Maresca noted: 'The situation, I think, is quite obvious. They are training. I think they are waiting for a decision.'
However, the coach will likely have to pay attention to this situation, ultimately deciding whether to integrate the players back into the team or keep them in the same position for the upcoming matches.
The first test of Chelsea's new decisions will take place tonight when the club submits its squad for the UEFA Champions League. It is unlikely that Sterling, Disasi, and Fofana will be included as the team wants to focus on upcoming opportunities for profitable transfers in January.

Sterling, Disasi, and Fofana will continue to train separately, awaiting new opportunities.
The situation with Raheem Sterling, despite his professional achievements, reflects a broader issue within the Chelsea team, which is trying to cope with numerous changes in its roster. How the club will respond to these challenges will be revealed in the near future.
