Suddenly died 25-year-old boxing champion of Ukraine Karzan.

Today, September 17, 25-year-old boxer and member of the Ukrainian national team Arkady Karzan passed away. This was reported by the Boxing Federation of Ukraine.

It is reported that the boxer was in a coma for three days, and today his heart stopped. The exact causes of the boxer's death have not been disclosed.

Karzan was an international master of sports in boxing, multiple champion of Ukraine. He represented our country at the 2023 European Games. Then the boxer finished the competition in the round of 16.

In domestic competitions, Arkady competed for the Khmelnytsky region and the sports club "Avangard".

In 2023, Karzan became the boxing champion of Ukraine in the 92 kg category. Also in 2015, the athlete became the European junior champion.

Such a thirst for victory, which this guy had, was hard to find, he dreamed of becoming an Olympic champion and worked a lot for it. The boxing family expresses its sincere condolences to the family of Arkady! Rest in peace, champion! We will always remember you!

It is worth noting that in early January, the head coach of the Ukrainian boxing team, Dmitry Sosnovsky, reported that Karzan had a psychological breakdown at a tournament in Debrecen.

The committee emphasized that Golovatyuk was a renowned athlete, a true Ukrainian, a warrior, and a hero.
