Fediienko Publishes Mobilization Reform Plan: What Will Change for Ukrainians.
Member of Parliament Oleksandr Fediienko published a detailed plan for reforming the mobilization system in Ukraine on October 14, 2025, on social media. This post was the result of analysis of numerous responses that the MP received after a previous publication about the work of territorial recruitment centers.
According to inkorr.com: Oleksandr Fediienko noted that most of the feedback came from ordinary citizens rather than representatives of the territorial recruitment centers or military personnel. Based on their suggestions, the MP compiled a list of specific actions to improve the mobilization system which he intends to discuss with the Ministry of Defense.
Main Proposals by the MP
The MP believes that the first task is to train the staff of the territorial recruitment centers on proper communication with citizens. Each mobilized individual should have a contact person to receive answers to all questions. It is also planned to create a short informational brochure with frequently asked questions, which will be available to people during the document processing.
The second important aspect of the reform highlighted by Fediienko is the principle of voluntary choice of the place of service. If there are several military units, mobilized individuals should be provided with different options. In cases where all spots are occupied, it is important to explain the mechanism of future transfer.
Thus, the presented plan for reforming the mobilization system in Ukraine aims to improve communication and choice for those mobilized, which will undoubtedly positively affect military service in the country.
This approach can significantly enhance the experience of those mobilized, reducing stress and uncertainty levels. The reform of the mobilization system is an important step in the development of Ukraine's military structure, which continues to adapt to modern challenges.
