Ferdinand tried to stand out in a group photo with former teammates by standing on his toes, just like Ronaldo does during his photoshoots.
The ex-England defender was accompanied by Bastian Schweinsteiger, Wayne Rooney, Ji-Sung Park, Nemanja Vidic, and Michael Carrick, all dressed in gray, during the NEXON Icons match in Seoul. Although Ferdinand is 6 feet 2 inches tall, he stood on his toes, which helped him stand out among his teammates.
Ronaldo has repeatedly entertained fans with similar tricks during team photos with Portugal.
In the match, Ferdinand played alongside Vidic and Carrick for Sheffield United, while the opposing team was managed by Arsene Wenger.
Rooney, Schweinsteiger, and Park represented the opposing team under Wenger and FC Spear.
Both teams consisted of football legends — one had top defenders, while the other featured renowned forwards.

After last season, Ferdinand concluded his work at TNT Sports as a commentator and moved with his wife Kate to Dubai. However, he has not cut communication with fans — he continues to run his podcast and participated in Manchester United's pre-season tour in the USA.
