Irresponsible Employers Will Be Named More Often
According to The Sun: Unethical employers will have the opportunity to face 'shaming' more frequently as the government launches a campaign aimed at ensuring the payment of the national minimum wage. The new budget plans to more actively tackle the issues arising from unscrupulous leadership.
Among the proposed measures is regular public disclosure of the names of employers who violate wage payment rules and deceive employees.
“Unethical employers should have no chance of avoiding responsibility,” the government stated.
This initiative aims to protect workers' rights and ensure they receive fair compensation for their labor. With this move, the government emphasizes the importance of honesty in the labor market and business accountability to their employees.
