This was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, as noted by 'Glavcom'.

Kohut reported that the Russian army carried out a sudden attack on the energy facilities in Poltava region, resulting in prolonged electricity outages and interruptions in heating and water supply in many areas. He also emphasized that all relevant services are working at their limits to restore normal conditions.

'I assure you, all relevant services are working continuously at their limits to improve the situation,' - added Kohut.

The municipal enterprise 'Poltavateploenergo' reported that heating to homes will be restored at night thanks to the transition of the boiler house to alternative energy sources. Problems with energy supply are observed throughout Ukraine, hence 'Points of Invincibility' have been introduced.
