According to UATV: Russia has launched an operation dubbed the 'Zero Phase' campaign, designed to orchestrate potential provocations against NATO member states. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, stated: 'Russia is preparing false flag provocations against NATO countries, specifically using drones disguised as Ukrainian ones to attack Baltic nations and provoke Poland, thereby undermining confidence in Ukraine.'
