The humanitarian headquarters in Rostov-on-Don, which is a filtration camp, reported that it has provided assistance to over 2 million individuals who were evacuated from Donbas. This was claimed by the All-Russian Student Rescue Corps.

It is noted that the humanitarian headquarters has been operating for 1000 days, indicating that Moscow began preparing places for the forced detention of Ukrainians long before the full-scale invasion.

«Since the opening of the humanitarian headquarters, 1000 days have passed, and during this Time more than 2 million people received assistance. The work continues», - the statement says.

Ukrainians are in filtration camps in occupied territories

Filtration is carried out in special camps, which are analogous to concentration camps. Russian forces have deployed such camps in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and at border crossing points of the Russian state border. The exact number of such camps holding Ukrainians is known. In July 2022, the deputy head of the U.S. mission to the OSCE, Courtney Ostrem, reported the discovery of at least 18 such camps.

During filtration, the occupiers take away Ukrainians' passports, check mobile phones, conduct searches and interrogations. The United Nations has documented the commission of war crimes by Russian forces against Ukrainians suspected of connections with Ukrainian armed forces or institutions, as well as against people with pro-Ukrainian positions and those who do not support Russia.
