According to inkorr.com: On the night of October 5, 2025, Russia carried out a powerful combined attack on Ukraine. According to monitors, the occupiers used about 700 drones, up to 50 X-101 / Kalibr cruise missiles, and 2 Kinzhal ballistic missiles. The attack lasted more than five hours.

The greatest losses were suffered by the Lviv region. According to the State Emergency Service, 4 people died and another 4 were injured as a result of the enemy attacks. Several facilities were damaged, including residential buildings near the airport.

'Two people who died in Lviv region are from Lapaivka. Two people died as a result of the enemy strike. Another two are injured and currently in our hospital,' said the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi.

A 46-year-old man sustained serious injuries, including a head injury, his condition is critical. A 60-year-old woman has a head contusion, her condition is moderate.

A fire broke out at the Sparrow industrial park in Lviv, where warehouses of the Polish company LPP (clothing brands Cropp, House, Sinsay, Reserved, Mohito) are located. A large amount of tobacco, cigarettes, and electronic devices were stored in the warehouses.

'The Sparrow industrial park is on fire in Lviv. This is a civilian facility, without any military component,' noted Andriy Sadovyi.

Part of the city was left without electricity — the Riasne and Levandivka areas were de-energized. Strikes on energy facilities were also recorded. The city mayor urged residents to close windows and stay in safe places due to numerous fires.

Consequences of aggression in various regions

In Zaporizhzhia, one person died as a result of the attack, at least 10 others were injured. The equipment of JSC 'Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo' was damaged, leading to outages for many consumers in Zaporizhzhia and the region. Gas pipelines were also affected, leaving hundreds without gas.

'If I hadn't woken my daughter, she would be dead,' said eyewitness to the shelling in Zaporizhzhia, Maksym Latysh.

In Ivano-Frankivsk region, the targets of the attack were critical infrastructure facilities. Air defense units were active. In one of the communities in the region, a residential building was partially damaged as a result of the strike. According to the OVA, as of 8:54, no one had sought assistance.

Chernihiv region experienced 55 shellings in one day — more than 100 strikes in 27 populated areas of the region. The occupiers attacked energy facilities and enterprises, leading to fires. Due to hits on energy facilities in one of the districts of Chernihiv, emergency power outages have been introduced.

During Russia's aggression against Ukraine in November 2025, different regions of the country felt the consequences of the attack. Lviv region, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, and Chernihiv region suffered serious destruction and human casualties. In this case, both military and civilian facilities came under fire, creating significant problems for local residents and authorities.
