Russians fear to take their fleet out to the Black Sea — what to expect.
Ukraine has managed to influence Russia in such a way that the latter keeps its ships in bases, not risking to take them out to the Black Sea. However, according to the spokesman of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, Russian military feels fear and is forced to periodically conduct dispersals to prevent possible attacks.
Threat of the RF fleet
'They periodically leave the harbor and go out at least to the Tsemesskaya bay. Or they can even go out to sea for a short time and then return. But they have no opportunity to leave their bases, as there are no alternatives. The only base for the Russian fleet in the Black Sea is Novorossiysk', ”explained Pletenchuk.
Pletenchuk emphasized that one should not underestimate the capabilities of the RF fleet, especially their number of missile carriers, including submarines. At the same time, it is worth noting that only boats remained in Crimea, not full-fledged ships, and Ukraine is preparing for possible threats from Transnistria.
The Ukrainian military has successfully influenced Russia, which has led to the Russian fleet remaining in bases, not risking to go out to sea. However, there is still a need to be vigilant against possible threats, as the RF fleet remains a serious adversary in the Black Sea.
