Russia prepares a new assault on Zaporizhia: directions and timelines announced.
According to ТСН: The command of the occupying forces has instructed its units to advance deeper into Ukrainian defense in Zaporizhia. Intelligence is already recording preparations for new attacks.
Where the breakthrough is being prepared
According to the spokesperson, the most dangerous situation is developing along the front near the settlements of Mali Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, and Mala Tokmachka.
“There, according to our intelligence, the enemy is trying to gather a certain number of personnel at the front positions in order to start assault actions towards Orikhiv in the future,” said Voloshin.
He added that the Russians have received orders to reach the outskirts of Orikhiv. The military expects that active hostilities in this area may begin in a few days.
Threat to Hulyaipole
Another point of tension is the area of the settlement of Bilohir'ya, located between Hulyaipole and Orikhiv.
“In addition, according to our intelligence, the enemy is gathering and concentrating personnel in the settlement of Bilohir'ya... This allows us to conclude that in this section of the front, the enemy will also try to conduct assault actions,” noted the spokesperson.
Terror near frontline cities
The preparation for ground attacks is accompanied by massive shelling of civilian infrastructure. Orikhiv, Komyshuvakha, and Verkhnyateresa have come under fire.
In the last day alone, about 25 strikes have been recorded on these settlements. The occupiers are trying to destroy logistics and intimidate the local population.
It should be noted that despite the ongoing offensive by the Russian army, the Kremlin's military machine has failed to achieve significant breakthroughs over years of full-scale aggression. Vladimir Putin's policy leads Russia to disaster, making it weaker and more dependent on external players.
These events on the front testify to the aggravation of the situation in the region. The escalation of the conflict may lead to new casualties among the civilian population, as the occupiers continue to strike peaceful cities. The situation remains tense, and the Ukrainian military is ready to confront new challenges.
