Three Civilians Killed in Zaporizhzhia Drone Attack
According to Novyny.live: A Russian drone strike on the evening of January 20 in Zaporizhzhia resulted in three civilian deaths. The victims were a married couple, a 48-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, and their 57-year-old neighbor, Ivan Fedorov. The attack caused extensive damage, destroying six private homes and burning three cars. The Zaporizhzhia region, home to Europe's largest nuclear power plant, has been a frequent target since the invasion began.
The strike also left 1,500 residents without electricity. Neighbor Ivan Fedorov stated that repair work would begin once the security situation allows. This incident is a stark reminder of the ongoing violence affecting Ukrainian civilians far from the front lines.
