According to inkorr.com: Athletes from Russia will not be able to participate in any disciplines at the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games in Italy. This was confirmed by the press service of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
Exclusion of athletes from competitions
According to the latest data, the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) has decided to exclude athletes from Belarus and Russia from the qualifying competitions for the 2026 Paralympics.
The International Biathlon Union confirmed that the Russian and Belarusian biathlon federations are banned from competitions as per the decision of the IBU Congress. They also voted that Russians may compete in sled hockey, but their participation in the Paralympic Games is impossible.
