According to UATV: On July 20, Russian forces launched an assault on the city of Mykolaiv and its surrounding region, resulting in damage to two gas station buildings. According to the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, the attack occurred in the morning, with the enemy deploying 'Shahed' and 'Gerbera' strike drones. This incident is part of a broader pattern of hostilities affecting Ukrainian civilian areas.

A total of 94 unmanned aerial vehicles were used, along with two Kh-59/69 guided aircraft missiles. Beyond the gas station damage, the attack also shattered windows in a multi-story residential building.
