Russian troops strike at energy facilities in Lviv region.


The Russian Federation has attacked energy facilities in the Lviv region
The head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maxim Kozitsky reported that energy facilities in the Lviv region came under attack from Russia. This led to power outages in Lviv and the region.
The Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, said that there may be problems with water supply in the city until substations switch to backup power.
Power outages may also occur. It is advisable to stay in shelter until the attack is over.
Russia's attacks on other regions of Ukraine
Russian invaders also attacked the Poltava region, where several people were injured.
Infrastructure was damaged in Lutsk, and one person was killed during the attack.
The Dnipropetrovsk region also became a target for Russian aggressors, with one person likely killed in the shelling.
Threat to Poland
Due to the threat of missile attacks by Russia on western Ukraine, the southeastern part of Poland has raised its aviation readiness.
Power supply and transportation disruptions
Ukrenergo has ordered DTEK for emergency power shutdowns. Power outages are also reported in various regions of Ukraine due to attacks from Russia. Ukrzaliznytsia is already using reserve locomotives to ensure passenger transport.
