Russian wrestler posted a message wishing death to the Israeli prime minister.
Russian wrestler Imam Ganishev caused a scandal when he posted an Instagram story wishing death to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The photo of Netanyahu was accompanied by these words published by Ganishev.
Ganishev, who is a bronze medalist of the European Championships in freestyle wrestling, had previously illegally stayed in the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine. He visited a Russian soldier in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region and has friendly relations with him.
On his Instagram page, Ganishev reposted images and videos that the Russian soldier published in the occupied territory. This indicates his ties to the Russian occupation army.
It is worth noting that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine included Imam Ganishev in the list of Russian athletes supporting the war.
