Attacks Strike Donetsk and Kherson Regions

According to UATV: Russian military shelling in the Donetsk region has resulted in the deaths of five people, including an eight-year-old boy. An additional 12 individuals were wounded. The attacks also impacted other areas, including Kherson. These strikes are part of a wider pattern of daily assaults on Ukrainian civilian areas, which have intensified in recent months.

A family in the Cherkassky district of Kramatorsk was victimized in one strike, which killed one person and wounded two others. Three people were injured in Malotaranovka and another three in Druzhkovka. Across the Donetsk region, the attacks damaged 21 residential buildings and a gas pipeline.

Shelling in Kherson and Odesa

In the Kherson region, shelling killed a 65-year-old man in Antonovka. Five people were wounded, including a 70-year-old man. In the city of Kherson, the strikes damaged 6 apartment buildings, 6 private houses, and a gas pipeline.

In Odesa, the aftermath of a drone attack was recorded, which killed one man and wounded six others. In the Zaporizhzhia region, shelling resulted in one fatality and one person wounded.

Vadym Filashkin commented on the situation: 'This is shelling by the Russian army.'

Oleksandr Prokudin noted that it was a 'strike on Kherson.'

The situation in these regions remains difficult, and efforts to provide aid to the victims are ongoing.

These incidents underscore the persistent threat to civilians in Ukraine, particularly in regions most affected by the ongoing conflict. The wounding of non-combatants and the destruction of critical infrastructure raise serious concerns about the humanitarian situation. The government and volunteer groups continue to work on delivering assistance, but the environment remains tense and demands urgent measures to ensure population safety.
