Romania detected drones in its airspace.
In the evening of October 23, radar systems detected two drones in Romanian airspace. This is the third such incident in a week. This is reported by Reuters.
The publication notes that the military launched F-16 fighters but could not intercept the drones. The UAVs were detected over the border counties of Constanta and Tulcea with Ukraine.

Recall that on October 17, Romania launched four fighter jets into the sky due to a violation of the national airspace by a small aircraft, likely a drone, which penetrated up to 14 km into the southeastern county of Constanta.
Romania launched two F-16 and two Spanish F-18 fighters to conduct airspace protection missions of the country until the end of the year. Pilots did not detect the drone, and residents of Constanta district were advised to take cover.
Earlier it became known that Romanian military on Friday, October 4, discovered remnants of a Russian drone in the Danube delta, which was launched for attacking targets in Ukraine.
