The situation with Salford
According to The Sun: The time is running out for those who want to save the name of Salford – documents need to be submitted by tomorrow. As previously reported, four groups have expressed a desire to keep the Red Devils in the rugby league. On Wednesday, the club was liquidated after 152 years of existence, which caused outrage among many fans, as they were eagerly awaiting the removal of the despised owner Iosif "Sair" Kailahi.
"We cannot lose the traditions of our team," the supporters stated.
In this situation, fans have mobilized to preserve the history and legacy of the club. Right now, it is not only the name of Salford at stake but also the future of the team, which requires support and active action to bring it back to the rugby Olympus.
