This opinion was expressed by the head of air defense of the Third Army Corps, Captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vitaliy Samoylenko, call sign 'Bочка', during a broadcast on Novyny.LIVE.
Main Reasons for SRA
The military emphasized that one of the main reasons for the unauthorized abandonment of a unit is the lack of personnel, which hinders the implementation of full rotations.
In his opinion, the front must be held without rest, which significantly affects the psychological state of the soldiers.
'At the same time, the crucial factor is working with people - ideological, psychological, constant communication with commanders and support services.'
- he noted.
The Necessity of Support and the Possibility of Return
Samoylenko stressed that it is important not only to prevent SRA but also to create conditions for return.
'Mistakes happen, and the state must leave soldiers a chance to return to service and fulfill their duties.'
- summarized the Captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
