SBU dealt massive blows to the Russian energy system: details of the operation.
According to inkorr.com: Specialized units of the 'Alpha' Security Service of Ukraine carried out a series of precise attacks in the occupied territories on the night of November 2, 2025. This was reported by the official channel of the SBU.
Aerial Strikes
The night operations were carried out using FP-2 drones armed with 105 kg explosive charges. These strikes destroyed troop and equipment concentrations used for logistics and resource distribution.
Operation Results
The commander of the drone forces 'Madyar' reported on the damage to 5 out of 8 substations with a total capacity of 5066 MVA. One of these substations was destroyed along with members of the Special Operations Forces.
The attacks were aimed at reducing the potential of the Russian energy system, which supports military-industrial facilities and logistics. The operation was carried out by the 1st Separate Drone System Center, established based on the 14th SBS regiment.
'Gasoline in Russia is becoming a scarce liquid, while gas and oil are quick to burn,' added the commander.
The actions of the 'Alpha' special forces at night demonstrated high accuracy in strikes against enemy positions. The use of drones and explosive charges caused significant damage to the opponent's energy infrastructure, weakening its military and economic capabilities. The operation was successful and will be significant for the further strategy of conducting combat operations against the enemy.
Attacks by 'Alpha' in the occupied areas indicate increased effectiveness of Ukrainian special units in the confrontation. Each such operation not only inflicts direct damage to the enemy but also affects the overall state of hostilities, complicating logistics for Russian troops. Such actions reinforce Ukraine's strategy to reduce the opponent's potential in the context of the conflict.Read also
