According to The Sun: Jockey Sean Levy has received support from his old friend Aidan O'Brien in a bid to repeat victory in the St Leger.

The 37-year-old jockey will reunite with the trainer from Ballydoyle for Britain's oldest classic race in Doncaster next Saturday, a year after their joint victory with the horse Jan Van Gogh.

Due to the injury of Ryan Moore, who is out with a broken leg, and the reserve jockey Wayne Lordan needing to cancel a ten-day suspension, O'Brien has found himself in a tricky situation, left without two jockeys for the St Leger and the Irish Champions Weekend.

To help Moore, Christophe Soumillon has been brought in, likely to head to Leopardstown to ride Delacroix in the Irish Champion Stakes.

This opens the door for Levy to ride one of the race favorites – Lambourn, the Derby winner, or Goodwood Cup hero Scandinavian in Taunton.

Lambourn is popular with odds of 3-1, while Scandinavian, who has noticeably improved this season, is the overall favorite – 5-4.

Levy stated: “My agent said I would be riding one of Aidan's horses in the St Leger, but nothing is confirmed yet. I have been offered the ride, and they responded positively, which was great.”
“I will probably find out which horse I will be riding only next week, as they often wait until the last minute to make such decisions.”
“It was a great privilege to win for them in the St Leger last year, so I jumped at the chance.”

Before attempting to add his second St Leger victory to his collection, Levy plans to assist Richard Hannon with Rosallion in achieving his first Group One success of the season on his return to a mile in the Prix du Moulin at Longchamp on Sunday.

Levy noted: “He went to York as the ground is soon going to go against him, but he is in good shape.”
“It has been a while since I rode at seven furlongs, but he ran a great race.”
“He hasn't done anything wrong this year, and I think he has one more big win in him.”

With the St Leger approaching, activity around the races is picking up as jockeys and trainers prepare for one of the most significant events in horse racing. Levy and O'Brien hope to repeat last year's success when their collaboration brought home the trophy. Meanwhile, other race participants like Rosallion are also aiming for triumph in their competitions. All of this signifies the fierce competition awaiting spectators in the coming days.
