According to Espreso.tv: On July 15, 2023, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted a proposal to appoint Serhii Koretskyi as Prime Minister. The following day, July 16, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada Committee approved the candidate, and later that same day, the parliament confirmed the new Cabinet of Ministers, led by Koretskyi.
During his address to the Verkhovna Rada, Koretskyi assessed the performance of the previous minister, Oleksandr Klymenko. Under the new government, some officials retained their positions, while several ministries received new leadership.
