A shopper spotted the Terry's Chocolate Orange priced at only £1The offer is available only for members of the More Card programPA

One shopper proudly posted a photo holding the festive Terry's Chocolate Orange featuring a snowman on the packaging, adding: “That's a good price.”

Others eagerly shared this sentiment, with one commenting: “I can't believe it's only a pound.”

Morrisons has reduced the price of the popular dessert from £1.50 to £1, but this attractive offer is only available for members of the More Card loyalty program.

Without the loyalty card, the chocolate delight usually costs £2.

This promotional price beats offers from all major competitors, including Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Iceland, and even discount retailers B&M.

The closest competitive offer comes from Ocado, where the same chocolate is priced at £1.25.

The price of £1 is just one of many attractive discounts available for members of the Morrisons More Card program.

This program not only provides access to discounts but also allows you to earn points on everyday purchases.

After accumulating 5,000 points, you can exchange them for a £5 voucher.

In May 2025, Morrisons expanded the program, enabling earning points at over 300 partner brands such as eBay, Just Eat, and Expedia.

The program has also been digitized, meaning new members must sign up via the Morrisons More app.

How does the Morrisons More card work?

The Morrisons More card allows you to earn points on purchases, which can be used for discounts on future purchases.

Signing up for the program is completely free.

Once you reach 5,000 points, you can either continue accumulating them or exchange them for a £5 voucher for use in-store or online.

However, loyalty points do not accumulate on certain items, including tobacco, baby food, and gift cards.

A complete list of excluded items can be found on the Morrisons website.

The More card also provides access to personalized offers based on your purchases, including discounts on specific products or bonus points for special purchases.

You can get a physical More card and scan it at the checkout or use a virtual card through the app while shopping in-store.

More attractive offers

The supermarket is also drawing attention with other interesting offers.

Morrisons is preparing for the holidays with a promotion of 2 items for £9 on popular Christmas chocolate sets.

The sets include Quality Street (600g), Celebrations (550g), Cadbury Heroes (550g), and Cadbury Roses (550g).

Until Sunday, August 31, customers can save 36% on these seasonal treats, which usually cost £7 each.

But these are not the only attractive offers from the supermarket.

For families across the country, the Morrisons Baby & Toddler Event offers discounts on wet wipes, baby toiletries, and special treats for little ones from well-known brands like Pampers and Huggies.

Highlighted offers include a £6.50 discount on Pampers Dry Nappy Pants.

For those looking for garden discounts, last week, observant shoppers noticed a La Hacienda stone reduced from £12 to just £3.60 — a great option for autumn evenings and camping.

In addition to promotions, Morrisons is implementing new services for customers, including installing 40 deposit ATMs in stores across the UK, becoming the largest network of ATMs not affiliated with banks in the country.
