Presentation of the AI Assistant Diia.AI
According to inkorr.com: Today, on September 1, the presentation of the artificial intelligence Diia.AI took place on the 'Diia' platform. This was reported by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram channel after the meeting with the 'Diia' team.
According to the president, Diia.AI is 'one of the first AI assistants in the world that can quickly find the necessary service, check data from registries or order an income certificate'.
'We presented new changes that will really help and be useful for our people. These are state services, an increase in the number of Ukrainian schools that begin the new school year with the 'Dream' program, new social and veteran services, electronic court, testing of 5G coverage, support for Ukrainian producers in the defense tech sector,' Zelensky wrote.
Zelensky emphasized the importance of expanding electronic services and improving existing projects.
'Ukraine remains a modern state that creates new opportunities and makes life more convenient for our people,' the president added.
It was previously reported that six new services are being prepared for launch in the Diia mobile application, aimed at simplifying life for Ukrainians.
Among them is a basic social assistance program that will combine all social payments into one program. Users will be able to use the AI Assistant for effective interaction with the Diia application and quickly find the necessary services.
At the beginning, it is planned to launch beta testing for obtaining an income certificate through the AI Assistant, and later to provide basic social assistance.
It is also planned to launch e-notary services, allowing notarial services to be obtained in an online format, simplifying and reducing their cost.
In addition, there are plans to create an online service 'Path of the Wounded' for soldiers and their families, which will simplify their cooperation with government agencies and reduce unnecessary procedures.
The presentation of Diia.AI opens new opportunities for Ukrainians, simplifying access to state services through innovative technologies. With new initiatives such as e-notary and AI Assistant, it is expected that the lives of citizens will become more convenient and understandable. The implementation of such services may significantly change the approach to interaction with government agencies and ease routine processes.
