Sybiga reported that the Russians carried out a large-scale attack on Kyiv using drones and missiles, including ballistic ones.
As a result, residential buildings were damaged in the capital, civilians were killed, and early in the morning, the sky over the city turned gray from smoke.
'Putin rejects peace efforts and diplomacy in favor of terror and war crimes,' he emphasized.
Sybiga urged partners to expedite the consideration of the U.S. Senate bill and the 18th package of EU sanctions.
He noted that immediate action is needed to complicate Russia's ability to obtain funding for war and violence in Ukraine.
As a reminder, at night, the occupiers from the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine using 415 drones and missiles, focusing the main strike specifically on Kyiv.
