The United States has presented a new negotiation strategy regarding Ukraine. General Keith Kellogg, the US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, personally presented the negotiation tactics to European allies, including Poland.
Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorsky expressed optimism about the proposed American plan in an interview with The Guardian.
General Kellogg personally presented the United States' negotiation tactics to me and other European allies.
Sikorsky noted that the details of the plan are currently not disclosed, but it has an unconventional nature. 'I will not reveal them here. They build certain hopes. They are unorthodox, but we hope for success,' said the Polish Foreign Minister.
Earlier, General Kellogg publicly stated the end of the war in Ukraine.
