Winds will blow from the northeast at 5–10 m/s, though gusts in the Carpathian Mountains could reach 15–20 m/s. Rain is most likely in southwestern Ukraine, particularly in Lviv and Volyn regions. Light precipitation may also occur in Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions. As Natalka Didenko noted,
“On March 28, rain is most probable in western Ukraine and the southern part of Odesa region.”
