Syrskyi on the situation at the Pokrovsk direction: main tasks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to inkorr.com: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi visited the Pokrovsk direction and noted that currently, neither side controls the city of Pokrovsk, and the grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not surrounded. This was reported by
"Hromadske"referring to the post of the Commander-in-Chief.
Oleksandr Syrskyi emphasized that the successful resolution of the conflict in this area depends on the coordinated work of military management and all units involved in combat operations.
Main tasks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the Pokrovsk direction
"The Pokrovsk direction is key in the context of opposing the enemy. The most assault actions are taking place here, a significant part of the enemy grouping is concentrated in this area, which operates on the territory of Ukraine. The enemy is trying to take advantage of the difficult weather conditions", – he noted. The main tasks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine involve gradually taking control of certain areas, supporting and protecting existing logistical routes, as well as organizing new ones to provide our defenders with everything necessary and ensuring uninterrupted evacuation of the wounded.
"There is a constant struggle with small enemy groups in the approaches and urban development, and more rarely – the destruction of enemy light equipment. The military is doing everything possible to prevent the enemy's movement and consolidation", – he added.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi also noted that the situation in the area remains complex and requires active interaction of all military units. He emphasized the importance of a strategic approach in conducting combat operations to achieve victory.
In general, the situation in the Pokrovsk direction highlights the criticality of the current combat actions, as it is where the main efforts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are concentrated. Coordinated actions and rapid responses to changes in the situation can be decisive for the further development of the situation in the region.
