Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syriyksy and Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov congratulated the soldiers of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their professional holiday. Ukrainian paratroopers, defending the independence and freedom of our people, reaffirm their motto - 'Always First'. They especially took the forefront during the Russian aggression, where they effectively destroyed the invaders. Thanking them for their resilience, courage, and heroism, the commander and the minister wished them strong health, fighting spirit, and new victories.
Paratroopers always demonstrate strength, bravery, and professionalism. They are always present where it is necessary for victory. Every day on the front line, they show courage and faith in victory and overcome any obstacles. Considering their contribution to the destruction of the enemy and the defense of Ukraine as invaluable, the minister assured that together they will overcome the enemy and restore peace to our state.
The Day of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a holiday that honors the heroism, courage, and dedication of paratroopers who ensure the security and defense capability of our state.
