The company SKY lost its appeal in the case regarding violations of contract termination rules for the television channel. The regulator Ofcom discovered that the media giant did not notify its subscribers about the contract termination since February 15, 2020. This violation has caused outrage among some customers, which may lead to a loss of trust in the company. The court also upheld Ofcom's decision, rejecting Sky's request for a review of the case. It is still unknown whether the company will continue to fight this case, as well as whether affected customers will be compensated.
