Cargo transportation via the Black Sea is increasing and demonstrating the resilience of the Ukrainian economy even in times of war. Over the past two years, more than 137 million tons of cargo have been transported, a significant portion of which is grain from Ukrainian farmers. Ukraine continues to be a reliable supplier of food for the world. The maritime corridors through the Black Sea ensure the delivery of goods to 54 countries, maintaining stable prices for grain and preventing hunger.Russia has not ceased its aggressive actions, and as a result of the war, it has damaged or destroyed dozens of port facilities and attacked civilian vessels. Nevertheless, thanks to the persistent work of Ukrainian port workers, logisticians, and sailors, cargo continues to reach international markets. Their efforts are supported by the security and defense forces of Ukraine, as well as international partners who express solidarity and support in these difficult times.
