According to inkorr.com: Jan Schneider, head of one of the departments of the Expert Council on Integration and Migration in Germany, reported that the German authorities are implementing the recommendations of the EU Council regarding Ukrainian refugees. The main focus is on the possible return of refugees to their homeland to participate in its reconstruction.
Ukrainian refugees have the opportunity to retain their temporary status or apply for a national residence permit. To obtain a new status, it is necessary to have financial stability, no criminal record, and a valid Ukrainian passport. On this basis, one can obtain a work visa or a study permit under the Ausbildung program.
