Maguchikh's Fee for Winning the Diamond League Revealed.
Ukrainian athlete Yaroslava Mahuchikh received 70 thousand dollars for her victory in the Diamond League season.
Athletes receive 10 thousand dollars for winning a stage of the Diamond League and 30 thousand for gold in the final. Mahuchikh won all four stages and the season final, earning a total prize of 40+30 thousand dollars, i.e., 70 thousand dollars.
Let us remind you that the Diamond League is an annual series of prestigious commercial athletics competitions.
It is worth noting that this is the third consecutive year that Yaroslava Mahuchikh has become the winner of the Diamond League season.
In addition, Mahuchikh became the Olympic champion of the 2024 Games in Paris. To win the award, she cleared 2 meters on her first attempt. She is also a bronze medalist of the Tokyo Olympics, a world champion indoors and outdoors, and a European champion.
