Fines for failure to update data in the TCC have been canceled: who is no longer at risk.
According to inkorr.com: Lawyer of the law firm 'Roman Satsyka' Maria Hanina reported that Ukrainians can no longer be fined for not submitting accounting data after the expiration of the established deadline. This information was made public by the 'RBK-Ukraine' resource.
Martial law in Ukraine
During the period of martial law, under conditions of mandatory mobilization, men of conscription age are required to comply with the military registration requirements if they have received summons to the military registration office. Last year, a new mobilization law was adopted, which requires the submission of accounting data by July 16, 2025.
'They are no longer being fined. The deadline for bringing administrative responsibility for untimely updating of data expired on July 17, 2025. After this date, they have no right to bring administrative responsibility for this offense and impose fines. However, if a ruling was already made before July 17, 2025, it must be paid for,' explained lawyer Hanina.
However, those liable for military service can still be fined for refusing to accept summons and for other violations of military registration rules during martial law.
Therefore, Ukrainians are not subject to fines for failing to submit accounting data after the deadline, but those who are subject to military service may face penalties for ignoring summons and other violations of military registration rules.
This information is important for men of conscription age, who must be attentive to their obligations during martial law. At the same time, considering the changes in legislation, they can be calm about the fines for overdue submission of accounting data. The law should be followed to avoid possible troubles in the future.
