Fines for non-appearance before the TCC can now be paid through 'Reserve+': what you need to know.
Payment of fines for violations of military accounting through the 'Reserve+' application
According to inkorr.com: According to the Chernihiv regional TCC and SP, Ukrainians have gained a new opportunity to pay fines for violations of military accounting rules through the 'Reserve+' application.
- for non-appearance at the TCC summons,
- for lack of military book after reaching 25 years,
- for failure to notify about a change of residence or not appearing for the military medical commission.
After submitting an application in the TCC application, it is reviewed within 3 days. Then you can pay half of the fine — 8,500 hryvnias. The deadline for payment is 20 days.
If you miss this deadline, the fine will increase to 17,000 hryvnias, and after the next 20 days — to 34,000 hryvnias.
After paying the fine, the notification in the application will disappear, and the data on military accounting will be updated within a few days. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that paying the fine does not exempt one from the obligation to be on military accounting, and ignoring these requirements may lead to criminal liability.
It was also previously reported about the extension of deferrals for over half a million Ukrainians.
Thus, Ukrainians have the opportunity to quickly and conveniently pay fines for violations of military accounting rules through the 'Reserve+' mobile application, which will help avoid serious financial sanctions.
