The Battles for Hulyaipole: The City is Completely in the Gray Zone, the Enemy Tries to Bypass It.
According to ТСН: The city of Hulyaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region has become a continuous gray zone due to ongoing battles with Russian occupiers on the western outskirts and in nearby settlements.
The Situation in Hulyaipole
Spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, reported on air that the enemy is trying to bypass the city from the south and north, but they are unable to establish themselves in Hulyaipole itself.
Current Battles
Hostilities continue in such settlements near Hulyaipole: Zelenyy, Varvarivka, Dorozhnyanka, Pryluky. Voloshyn also noted that Russian forces have effectively suspended airstrikes with KABs on the city: over the past day, of the 52 strikes, only one was carried out on Hulyaipole.
“There are no such battles in Hulyaipole anymore because either our assault groups are entering or the enemy is also trying to infiltrate and move further. But the situation there is quite complicated, and overall on the Hulyaipole front, 27 combat clashes were recorded over the past day,” Voloshyn reported.
Changes in the Enemy's Tactics
Let us remind you that the Russian army has significantly increased the number of assault groups in the Hulyaipole direction, actively reinforcing its motorized rifle brigades with assault regiments “BARS”.
This situation in Hulyaipole reflects the overall state of hostilities at the front, where both sides are adapting their strategies amid constant changes in circumstances. The continuation of hostilities in this region indicates the importance of Hulyaipole as a strategic point in the ongoing war.
