The individual shared this information through a messaging app, which led to criminal charges being brought against him.
The court classified the defendant’s actions under an article concerning obstruction of the lawful work of military units. During the proceedings, the accused admitted his guilt and reached a plea agreement with the prosecutor. As a result, the court imposed a fine totaling 51,000 hryvnias.
