Kyiv Prosecutor's Office Returned Land to the Community Worth 7 Million: Court Ruling.
According to inkorr.com: The prosecutor's office took active measures against the capital company's demand to return a land plot in Troeschina, valued at 7 million hryvnias, as well as to demolish buildings on this territory. This decision was supported by the Desnyansky District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv.
Court Ruling
The court ordered the company to return this plot to the community, demolish garages, non-residential buildings, and temporary structures, and also to cancel the illegal registration of property rights on these objects. The plot is located at 82-a Honore de Balzac Street and was used for servicing a parking lot.
“Even after the court's decision, the company sold the property to another company by itself. It is known that the head of both enterprises is the same person,” the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office stated.
Conclusions
Thanks to the decision of the Commercial Court of Kyiv, the prosecutor's claim was satisfied, allowing the land to be returned in favor of the local community.
This situation highlights the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office in protecting the rights of the community and maintaining law and order in the country. The further development of the case may influence legal practices regarding illegal construction and abuses in land issues.
